Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring an entry-level or certified RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism in-home or in-clinic settings in Foster City/ Redwood City. Part-time hours are 12-8pm, Monday to Friday, with afternoon and evening availability. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and focus on communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

You’ll receive ongoing supervision, training, and opportunities to grow within a leading behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation, valid license and auto insurance.
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding.
• Background check (FBI & DOJ) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured, play-based activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
