Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate individuals to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays in-home or in-clinic. Part-time schedule, afternoons 2–8pm, with some weekends, and a compensation of $24–$25 per hour.

In this role, you will support communication and social skills through structured activities and play-based sessions. Sessions are 2–3 hours in length, and caseloads are tailored to fit availability.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification required for this position.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA/BCBAs.
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately.
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
