Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based, under supervision from a BCBA. Training is provided, including exam cost coverage to help you start your career.

You’ll collaborate with a care team, maintain data, and communicate progress to families, with opportunities for advancement and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and travel up to 30 miles.
• RBT certification preferred, training provided.
• Prior experience with children—ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
