Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and team to implement plans, track progress, and communicate with families.

Training is provided, with travel within ~30 miles and premium pay for after-hours sessions. What you'll need includes a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn; RBT certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to ~30 miles.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).
• Experience working with children, ASD strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
