Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based services.

We offer paid training, support to obtain/maintain RBT credentials, and enhanced pay for bilingual candidates. Expect a collaborative environment with weekly BCBA supervision and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Prior experience with children—ASD strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to record data and conduct preference assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to families and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
