Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, under supervision of a BCBA. You’ll help build communication, social, and daily living skills, with training and support provided if not yet certified.

Work locations include in-home and clinic-based sessions within roughly 30 miles from your home. Premium pay after 5 PM, paid drive time, weekly BCBA supervision, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification preferred, but not required — training provided

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
