Children’s Specialized ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative team, delivering sessions in-home or clinic-based, and you’ll receive paid training and support to launch your certification.

This role offers premium pay after 5 PM, potential for bilingual pay, weekly BCBA supervision, and clear pathways for advancement, with weekend opportunities and paid

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team; participate in meetings and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, meals).
