Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and a care team, delivering sessions in-home or at a clinic, and you’ll receive paid training plus exam cost coverage to launch your career.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — training will be provided to help you succeed
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

RBT certification (preferred) or willingness to train
