Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in North Carolina seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Candidates will have the opportunity to deliver personalized care while working collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The position offers paid training, compensation ranging from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, and numerous benefits including performance-based raises and support for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in‑home or clinic‑based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
