Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. in California is seeking an entry-level RBT to join our team part-time, working 12-8pm Monday through Friday in-home or in-clinic with children on the autism spectrum.

You’ll deliver one-on-one behavior support, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families, supervisors, and a Training Team to grow professionally while earning $24–$25 per hour and gaining hands-on ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification required.
• If not certified, complete a 40-hour RBT training course before employment.
• Maintain an active certification for continued employment.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA supervisors.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
