Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home behavior support for children in Stockton and nearby areas. You will work 1:1 with developmentally delayed or autistic children, delivering structured, play-based sessions in homes, clinics, or schools, lasting 2–3 hours.

A certified RBT/ABAT/BCAT is preferred, with 6-month certification training offered if needed. This role offers competitive pay of $24–$25 per hour, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Candidates with an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification.
• Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
