Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level RBT to support children with autism and developmental delays in-home or in-clinic settings.

You will conduct structured, play-based sessions, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills, often lasting 2–3 hours per session. The role requires an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification and a high school diploma, with ongoing supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding.
• TB test within 90 days, MMR & Varicella immunization, and a pre-employment physical within the past year.
• Background check FBI & DOJ.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays through structured, play-based activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA teams.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
