Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring an entry-level RBT to work 1:1 with children in-home or in-clinic, delivering structured, play-based ABA sessions.

The role accommodates part-time hours (2-8pm) across multiple Walnut Creek-area locations and supports families with progress updates and coaching. Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required; candidates may be in training or pursuing certification.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with children.
• Strong communication and ability to engage families.
• Reliable with consistent attendance and scheduling.
• Desire to grow in ABA field and pursue certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to children.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA/BCaBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers.
