Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays in in-home and clinic settings.

You will build communication, social, and daily living skills through structured play-based activities, with sessions typically lasting 2–3 hours depending on the family and setting. We offer growth opportunities, supervision, and training with potential RBT certification support.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Preferred: Student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Highly Preferred: RBT, BCAT, or ABAT certification, or ABA paraprofessional training certificate.

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
