Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring a part-time RBT to work 2–8pm, Monday to Sunday, in-home or in-clinic with children who have autism or developmental delays. Sessions are 2–3 hours long and occur at the child’s home, clinic, or school.

You will implement behavior plans and collect progress data under BCBA supervision. Entry-level candidates and certified RBTs are welcome. Compensation is $24–$25 per hour, with benefits including supervision, mentorship, and career growth

Competenze

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through engaging activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
