Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level or certified RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays.

Sessions occur in the child’s home, clinic, or school, typically 2–3 hours in the afternoon and early evenings, with a focus on communication, social, and daily living skills. We provide onboarding support, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to advance into lead technician or BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required.
• 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to children in home, clinic, or school.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families and provide updates.
