Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking compassionate individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. Training is provided to earn the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before starting services.

Responsibilities include implementing personalized skill-building plans, recording session data, and fostering positive learning environments for children with Autism. This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical team support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
