Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans and collect session data with our clinical team supporting your development.

Training and support are provided to earn your RBT certification, with opportunities for professional growth and a flexible schedule that fits your preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training/support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build strong connections with families.
