Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized programs under supervision, collect data, and support families in promoting independence and positive behavior.

Training to earn the RBT certification is provided, along with ongoing support from a clinical team. This role offers meaningful impact, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification must be obtained before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
