Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team. Deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes, following individualized care plans.

We provide paid training to earn the RBT certification, with ongoing support from our clinical team. This role offers flexibility and a meaningful impact on families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and families.
