Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized programs and collaborate with a clinical team, while earning RBT certification with our training support.

Positions are part-time, with paid training to achieve RBT certification. You will contribute to meaningful outcomes for children with autism and their families, enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the ABA

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations.
• Paid training to help eligible candidates prepare for RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
