Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in the United States is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. We provide training and support to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before starting services, with a flexible schedule and a strong clinical team.

You will collect session data, implement individualized skill-building plans, and work closely with families to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. Training and support are provided to earn certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
