Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. The role supports families and the clinical team, with training provided to earn the RBT certification before starting services.

We offer part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and pathway to BCBA schooling partnerships. You will work with a dedicated clinical team to promote positive outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Certification readiness: candidates must obtain RBT certification prior to service; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
