Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support young children with autism in home-based ABA sessions. This part-time role (roughly 10–20 hours weekly) offers training and opportunities to advance within our family-centered program.

You will work directly with the child and family in their natural environment, using play-based activities to develop communication and social skills, with guidance from a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma.
• Active RBT certification with Medicaid credentials.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Teach young children with autism in home-based ABA sessions.
• Work 10-20 hours per week; part-time schedule.
• Use play-based activities to teach communication and social skills.
• Receive training to perform ABA therapy.
• Assist with activities that may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
