Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking a dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in-home for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role fits a Mon–Thu 8:00am–11:00am schedule with a later 3:00pm–5:00pm break, totaling about 20 hours per week.

Active RBT certification is required before starting. Strong communication and reliability are essential, with mileage and materials reimbursement available where approved.

Qualificações

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required before starting services.
• Candidates with expired or inactive certification must renew before starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate with BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow clinical, ethical and confidentiality requirements.
