Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking a dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00–3:00, about 30 hours/week) with competitive hourly pay and ongoing clinical support, supervision,

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required before starting services.
• Candidates with expired or inactive certification must renew before starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Reliable transportation for all service settings.
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow clinical, ethical and confidentiality requirements.
