Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes and collect data on progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or RBT preferred), at least 6 months of experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; otherwise pursuing certification considered.
• Minimum 6 months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
