Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and follow individualized treatment plans across school, home, and clinic settings.

The role offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 2pm–6pm) with year-round employment, paid training including RBT certification, and bonuses for certifications and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid California driver’s license and own transportation.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in school, home, and clinic settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record session data using agency software.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and supervision hours.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• Respond to challenging behaviors according to training and protocols.
