Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking a dependable RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes. You will work under supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans and help children build communication, social and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, timely documentation, regular communication with the BCBA, and maintaining confidentiality. Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualificações

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required before starting services.
• Candidates with expired or inactive certification must renew before starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Reliable transportation for all service settings.
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow clinical, ethical and confidentiality requirements.
