Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking a dependable Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills while collecting data and maintaining confidentiality.

This part-time, W-2 position offers competitive hourly pay and flexible hours, typically Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm (about 20 hours/week) with ongoing supervision and support from BCBA

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required before starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Reliable transportation for all service settings.
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow clinical, ethical and confidentiality requirements.
