Job summary

Miracle ABA in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to drive client success. Paid training and certification assistance, a flexible schedule, and growth opportunities are provided. A High School diploma is required; RBT or willingness to obtain it is expected. Travel locally and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
