Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Salisbury, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a home-based setting.

You will implement individualized plans designed by BCBAs, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the treatment team. Strong communication, patience, and compassion are essential to support positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record data on client progress, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
• Develop and maintain a positive, supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to enhance treatment plans and address client needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
