Children’s Specialized ABA in Salisbury, NC seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD under supervision of a BCBA and our care team.

This role offers paid training, bilingual pay boosts, after-hours premium pay, weekly supervision, and advancement opportunities. In-home or clinic-based sessions with travel within a 20-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — training provided.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
