Children’s Specialized ABA in Jackson, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and team to implement behavior plans and gather data using CentralReach.

We offer paid training, supervision, and support for RBT certification. The position requires a consistent 4:00–6:00 PM, five days a week schedule, with roughly 10 hours weekly in a collaborative, clinic-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic.
• Implement behavior plans.
• Use CentralReach for data collection and preference assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to families.
• Provide basic care as needed.
