Children’s Specialized ABA in Jackson, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in a clinic setting and in-home visits. The schedule is 12:00–5:00 PM, five days per week, totaling about 25 hours weekly.

No RBT certification required initially; paid training and exam fees are provided. You will work with a BCBA and a supportive team, gain experience with data collection using CentralReach, and grow toward more advanced

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience working with children; ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
