Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. Work hours are 12:00–5:00 PM, five days a week, in a clinic setting in Jackson, NJ, with potential for in-home sessions. Training is provided, and BCBA supervision is available.

Prior ASD experience is preferred. You’ll collaborate with a BCBA, maintain data records, and support families with progress updates and teaching materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children; ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to assist with basic care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (toileting, eating) as needed.
