Children’s Specialized ABA in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for after-school hours, 5:00PM–7:00PM, five days a week. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic settings, under supervision of a BCBA, delivering targeted skills and reducing challenging behaviors.

New hires receive paid RBT training, exam cost coverage, weekly supervision, and opportunities for advancement. Some bilingual pay benefits are available in this clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children with ASD preferred.
• Willing to complete paid training and exam for RBT credential.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
