Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Clifton, NJ, seeks a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate, high‑quality services in-home or at clinic settings.

You'll implement behavior plans, track progress with CentralReach, and collaborate in meetings while maintaining materials and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• One-on-one ABA therapy experience is preferred.
• Completion of RBT credential required.
• Ability to travel within a 20‑mile radius from home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Track data and progress using CentralReach.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to families and caregivers.
