Endeavor Health seeks a Physical Therapist II - Per Diem to deliver direct PT services at Elmhurst Hospital. You will perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients on exercises and self-care.

The role includes weekend shifts (two 8-hour days per month) with occasional holiday coverage and potential to float to Edward Hospital as census requires. The position requires 1–3 years of acute-care experience, Illinois PT license, and AHA-BLS CPR.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience with clinical independence in an Acute-Care setting.
• Illinois PT licensure and current CPR certification required.
• Based on experience, compensation may vary per diem.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services with individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate and plan therapeutic programs to improve function and mobility.
• Educate patients and communicate effectively to engage care.
• Stay updated on new PT techniques and equipment.
