Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is hosting opportunities with Go Store It Management. The Part-Time Property Manager role is based in Quincy, MA on-site, offering 20-25 hours per week and a hands-on approach to property maintenance and tenant support.

You will walk the property daily, address leaks, lights, doors, and routine upkeep; manage turnovers, assist customers on site, and help ensure the facility stays clean, safe, and welcoming. PTO is included and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day, look for trash, damage, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean (hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, trash runs).
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist on-site customers and help maintain property in good condition.

What You’ll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.

Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
