Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for Panama City Beach, FL to help maintain our on-site properties and deliver friendly, hands-on service to residents and visitors.

This 8-hours-per-week role emphasizes daily upkeep, safety checks, and responsive guest assistance, with on-site responsibilities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to check for trash, damage, lighting issues, leaks or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets and simple repairs.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms and common areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site and provide a helpful hand as needed.
• Take pride in the property's appearance and smooth operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
