Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for our Clermont, FL location. This on-site role requires 16-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. You will walk the property daily, handle basic maintenance, and assist customers on site to ensure our storage facilities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and does not need a college degree. We offer a supportive team and opportunities for growth within Go Store It.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working.
• Help customers on site and provide assistance as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
