Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for our Clermont, FL on-site team. This role covers daily property upkeep, guest services, and coordinating basic maintenance in a fast-paced, customer‑facing environment.

You’ll work 16–20 hours per week with a focus on hands-on tasks, reliable scheduling, and pride in keeping the property safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small maintenance tasks like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the property clean across hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist on-site customers as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
