Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix minor maintenance like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch jobs.
• Keep walkways and units clean, including hallways, driveways, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist on-site customers and provide hands-on support.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-running property you can be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.


• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.


• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.


• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.


• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.


• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.


• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
