Job summary

Go Store It in Quincy, MA is seeking a reliable Part-Time Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our storage location. This on-site role emphasizes inspections, basic repairs, and friendly customer assistance to ensure smooth operations.

You will walk the property daily, perform minor fixes, manage turnovers after move-outs, and help customers on site. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; PTO, internal promotion potential, and a stable schedule accompany this

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix minor issues such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple repairs.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep, clean, and prep for new renters.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site as needed and maintain a safe, orderly property.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
