Job summary

Go Store It Management in Davenport, FL is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to oversee on-site operations and maintain a clean, secure, and well-run location. You will ensure basic maintenance tasks are completed, assist customers, and help with unit turnovers to keep the property inviting for renters.

This on-site role requires reliability, a can-do attitude, and the ability to manage small repairs and daily routines with pride in Go Store It's locations.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small repairs such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch work.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they function properly.
• Assist customers on site and provide hands-on support.

Education

What You'll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
• Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you're proud to be part of.
