Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Manager for a new lease-up apartment community in Grants Pass, OR.

This part-time role (28 hours/week) leads leasing efforts, oversees daily property operations, and delivers exceptional resident services to drive occupancy and financial performance. You will supervise on-site staff, manage invoices and records, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, coordinate move-ins, maintain property management software, and provide timely reports.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or real estate training preferred.
• 1–2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience required.
• Experience with property management concepts and regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Maintains resident records to comply with affordable housing and state regulations.
• Manages leasing process from application to move-in.
• Coordinates move-in with maintenance and rent-ready dates.
• Ensures fair housing compliance and property marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site staff timecards and daily time entry; maintains curb appeal.
