• Minimum 2 years working in a property management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Office work 50% and maintenance 50%.
• Rent collection duties including deposit and late notices.
• Enforce rental agreements and facility rules; supervise placement of homes.
• Prepare monthly manager's report and maintain tenant files.
• Maintain all common areas and facility maintenance tasks as listed.
