Responsibilities

• Oversee management and maintenance of a 55+ manufactured housing community.
• Handle rent collection and enforce rental agreements and facility rules.
• Prepare monthly manager's report and maintain tenant records.
• Promote and rent vacancies and coordinate with local dealers and managers.
• Maintain facility inventory, vendor lists, and ensure safety and compliance.
