Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking a part-time Community Manager for Woodburn Estates, a 82-home senior manufactured housing community in Woodburn, OR. On-site living is required; 28 hours/week Mon–Fri, 10:00–4:30 with a 2-bedroom manufactured home provided.

You will lead on-site staff, manage leases, enforce rules, handle rents, coordinate with agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and team members.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflicts and provide high-level customer service.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants, contractors, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Oversee operations of a manufactured housing community and support staff.
• Enforce lease agreements, rules, and regulations.
• Lead and motivate on-site team members.
• Manage move-in applications and occupancy.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
• Oversee rent collection and bi-monthly deposits.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Address resident concerns and grievances.
